Guided Tours close to Santiago

If your Camino on foot or cycling route ends in Santiago de Compostela you have the option to enjoy the surrounding area one more day, and explore Galicia in all its splendour.

Using Santiago de Compostela as a base to stay, you can go on a one-day trip around. You simply have to ask us for an extra night in Santiago de Compostela to be able to choose between our most interesting tours shown below:


GUIDED VISIT TO FINISTERRE, MUXIA AND COSTA DA MORTE


Description of the outing: excursion through the Costa da Morte by the most charming fishing villages as well as the incredible views of the sea and its cliffs.


Duration: Departure time at 9 am and return at 6:30 pm.


Itinerary: Santiago - Pontemaceira - Muros - Ézaro Waterfall (the only one of the European continent that falls directly into the sea) - Fisterra and Cabo Fisterra - Muxía - Santuario de la Virgen de la Barca - Santiago.

If you want to carry out this excursion you have to make sure that that the additional night in Santiago fits in with one of the days that there is a scheduled departure date that are listed below.


March: Saturdays.

April: Saturdays and on 13/04.

May: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

GUIDED VISIT TO RIAS BAIXAS AND THE O SALNÉS REGION



Description of the outing: excursion through The Rías Baixas, their customs, people, their marine spaces and their renowned wines with certificate of origin.


Duration: Departure time at 9 am and return at 6:30 pm.


Itinerary: Santiago - Pontevedra and its monuments - Combarro with its horreos and cruceiros - O Grove and boat ride - The village of Cambados and its Albariño - Visit to winery - Santiago.
