THE RESERVATION AND CONTRACTING OF THIS TRIP BOOKED BY THE CLIENT IMPLIES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These general conditions shall be governed by the Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, (BOE 287 of November 30, 2007), and other provisions in force.<\/p>\n

The contractual relationship between the Organizing Agency and the client is governed by these general conditions, and by the travel documentation provided which details its final content.<\/p>\n

Upon receipt of the travel documentation, the client is obliged to check the same and any questions in this regard must be notified to the Organizing Agency prior to the start of the trip.<\/p>\n

ORGANIZATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The technical organization of the trips included in this program has been carried out by VIAJES MUNDIPLUS, S.L. CIF:B-86520665 with registered office at Calle Juan Duque 42, 3\u00baB Esc Drcha – Madrid and duly registered with the Direcci\u00f3n General de Turismo de la Comunidad de Madrid, with license title CICMA N\u00ba 2620.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO FORMALIZE THE RESERVATION <\/strong><\/p>\n

1. RESERVATION AND MANAGEMENT: <\/strong>Fill in and send the reservation form available in each of our routes to the Camino de Santiago.<\/p>\n

2. RESERVATION PAYMENT: <\/strong>Make the
\n payment of the deposit of 100\u20ac\/person<\/span>
\n<\/strong>to formalize the reservation.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>The reservation form will tell you how to proceed. In case of payments made from a country with a currency other than the Euro (which is the currency in which we operate on our website), your bank will charge you with the conversion to the currency that you have in your country, according to the exchange rate that applies that day of the Euro against the currency of your country. These transactions usually carry a small internal handling fee from your bank, as do international wire transfers. On the other hand, Paypal, which is the payment gateway with which we operate for card payments, would also apply a small commission for the management of the currency conversion.<\/p>\n

In case you cancel the trip in advance we will refund you the corresponding amount, but we cannot refund the commissions applied by Paypal or your bank for the operation.<\/p>\n

3. COMMUNICATION: <\/strong>If you have paid by bank transfer, send an email to info@mundiplus.com informing us of the payment. The reservation will not be considered firm until the registration form and email confirmation of payment have been received. If you have paid by credit card or Paypal it is not necessary to inform us, as the payment is immediately reflected in our systems.<\/p>\n

4. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:<\/strong> Once we receive the reservation form and the corresponding payment of 100\u20ac\/person, as a reservation fee, we will send you the communication with the formal reservation confirmation. This deposit will be deducted from the final price of the trip.<\/p>\n

5. PAYMENT OF REMAINING AMOUNTS: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the trip.<\/span><\/strong> We will contact you to proceed with the payment of the remaining amount of the trip. You can book a trip with less than 30 days in advance, in which case you will have to pay the total amount of the trip requested.<\/p>\n
