If you arrived at the starting point of any of our Camino de Santiago itineraries by private vehicle and left it there, you have two return options from Santiago de Compostela:
Option 1: Bus. Santiago de Compostela Central Bus Station. Calle San Cayetano, s/n. 981 59 60 50. Connections with major Galician towns and national and international destinations.
Option 2: Private Transfer. Pick-up at your Santiago hotel at your chosen time and direct transfer to the town where you left your vehicle parked.
Option 3: Train
Santiago de Compostela Renfe Station. Rúa do Hórreo. Tel: 981 58 77 00. It offers:
– Two daily trains to Madrid (Talgo and express) and one to Bilbao.
– Fourteen daily trains to A Coruña, eleven to Vigo, and eight to Ourense.
– Connections with Portugal via Vigo (three daily trains to Porto), with France via the A Coruña-Vigo-Barcelona line.
Option 4: Plane
By plane, you can use Santiago de Compostela Airport “Lavacolla”.
