The draw will be governed by the following bases:
TEMA
People who wish to participate must write a opinion on the services provided by Viajes Mundiplus, and their experience on the Camino de Santiago this Xacobeo Year 2021 or in previous years. The comment may be accompanied by a photograph of the route taken.
PARTICIPANTS
Participants must be NATURAL PERSONS, of any age, resident in Spanish territory.
In relation to the participation of minors, the Organizer communicates that the parents and guardians will be solely responsible for controlling and assisting minors in browsing the pages of the Site and enabling any other necessary mechanisms to monitor and, where appropriate , prevent minors from accessing the Organizer’s pages, the Organizer or its Group and / or any other entities related to the Draw not admitting any claim in this regard.
Employees of the Organizer, nor any person who has participated in any way in the organization of the Draw, may not participate in the Sweepstakes.
PRESENTATION AND CONDITIONS
Registration in the raffle is free and implies that the participant has Gmail or Facebook account. For participation in the raffle, customers You must upload a comment on one of these platforms recounting the experience of your trip to the Camino de Santiago and assess the services provided by Viajes Mundiplus (they may add photographs to their comments).
Each participant must indicate your reservation number that will be checked and verified as a client of Viajes Mundiplus, in order to avoid fraud.
At the end of the Camino, we will contact each pilgrim to invite them to participate in the raffle.
SUBMISSION PERIOD
Testimonials can be submitted from 00:00 on May 17 to 23:59 on November 28, 2021.
PRIZE
The selected winner will receive the following award: ORGANIZED TRIP TO THE CAMINO DE SANTIAGO for 2 people with a duration of 7 days-6 nights, y which may be carried out throughout the year 2022, (date subject to availability)
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE TRIP
6 nights of accommodation in Hotel / Pazo / Rural House / Hostel, in a double room, with private bathroom.
Breakfast
Transfer of luggage between stages (1 piece per person)
Informative dossier of the route / Maps.
Travel assistance insurance in Spain.
Telephone assistance en route.
Road assistance vehicle, in case of emergency.

The routes that the winner can choose will be one of the following:
Camino de Santiago from Sarria (French Way)
Camino de Santiago from Tui (Portuguese Way)
Camino de Santiago from Ferrol (English Way)
CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST
Communication to the winner: The draw of the winner and two substitutes will be carried out randomly through the tool sortea2 with certificate on day 1 December 2021.
1 winner is chosen and will be communicated via private e-mail from the day of the draw; as well as in the Social Networks of Viajes Mundiplus.
The winner must notify the acceptance of the prize by private message within 72 hours of the communication of the winner. After such acceptance, the winner will be asked for contact details to communicate the prize validation instructions. In the event of no response from the winner within said period, the organizing companies would declare the award void.
CESSION OF RIGHTS
Participants assume responsibility for the authorship and originality of the images and comments of the trip. They assign the rights of reproduction and communication of their photographs, so that the Organizer can use them in any of the necessary channels, for the purposes of communication and dissemination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participants must not transmit (upload) files or comments, which contain viruses, or which may be harmful to any computer equipment, tablets, or mobile phones.
The Organizer is excluded from responsibility for late entries, or misdirected, or for any failure, or lack of availability of hardware, software, electronic communications, or uploads to the Internet or other connections.
The Organizer is not responsible for changes, or effects that may be caused to your mobile phone, computer system, camera or other equipment as a result of your participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to: -exclude any participation, or any participant, in the event of an incorrect manipulation of the data -reject the participation in the draw of those who do not meet the requirements described in these bases and terms of participation, or contravene the rules or purpose of the contest – cancel the present draw, or suspend it, or change any of its conditions, if for technical reasons, or of any other nature beyond its control, it could not comply with the normal development of the same, according to what is established in these bases.
